Tandoori Fish Tikka is a lighter take on classic tandoori grilling. At Doaba Meat Shop and Take-out Restaurant, we use fresh, high-quality fish fillets marinated in a blend of thick yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, and aromatic spices for maximum flavour.
The marinated fish is then grilled in our traditional clay tandoor, giving it a beautiful smoky char on the outside while keeping the inside tender and flaky. Served with mint chutney and fresh salad, it's the perfect choice for a lighter yet satisfying Indian meal.
